Summary
I am a CIPD qualified HR Business Consultant with over 15 years generalist HR experience gained both within the UK and Internationally.
Having cut my teeth working as an internal Recruitment Officer, I then specialised in International Recruitment before moving into a Generalist position looking after both People Strategy and Management within a privately owned SME.
I now works as an Essex based freelance HR Consultant providing HR advice and support to SME’s across various industries.
