Services available on a project Pay As You Go basis or on a retained and fully outsourced basis. There are no minimum terms for our retained services, exit with 30 days notice. With clients across varying sectors however, specific experience in construction, hospitality, manufacturing (defence), customer services and financial services.
Director, Tracey Murphy is CIPD qualified and brings over 20 years in industry, 12 of those occupying HR leadership and technical roles. Also project management qualified with the APMP. Tracey loves a challenge and is particularly adept at dealing with tricky grievance investigations at all levels of an organisation. Projects are a speciality with a wealth of experienced managing recruitment, TUPE, redundancies and capability programmes. Organisation design and restructuring is a frequent need in the larger businesses and Tracey has experience from a long career at one of the worlds leading insuraance businesses. A leader and manager of teams from varying disciplines so I know how hard it can be to manage to a workforce!

Interests and Hobbies
I am a keep-fit junkie so can usually be found at my local sports club in the evenings. I have a grown up family and a 3 year old chocolate Labrador and I enjoy nothing more than a walk in the countryside with him and my partner. I adore wildlife and most things that mother nature has a play in!
