As Managing Director of Hastings & Harris, I work with business owners, boards, and leadership teams in the UK and internationally, providing strategic and operational advisory services across commercial strategy, organisational effectiveness, governance, and business performance.
Alongside our advisory work, Hastings & Harris delivers executive coaching, mentoring, leadership development, and professional training, with a focus on strengthening leadership capability, improving individual and team performance, and building the skills required to meet evolving business demands.
My approach is grounded in extensive hands-on commercial and operational experience, combining strategic thinking with a practical understanding of the challenges businesses face. Whether advising on organisational structures, improving operational performance, working with leadership teams, or delivering professional development, the emphasis is on commercially sound, practical solutions that create measurable value.
Recently appointed Global Fellow of Practice, College of Business and Digital Innovation, University of New Haven – Riyadh, this role complements my international work in executive education, professional development, and the practical application of business and leadership principles.
