I am a professional venue finder for meetings, conferences, parties and everything else globally, and I assist organisations in their venue selection processes.
The below just outlines how it usually works with me but I would be more than happy to discuss the processes and how things work with you..
1. You send me meeting/group brief (the more you can tell me the better)
2. I then go and research venues that are to your exact specifications
3. Once venues are identified as suitable, I send Request for Proposal, based on your exact requests
4. I handle all communication and negotiations with venues and chase any unanswered questions or missing information
5. Once satisfied I’ve got it all, I will send you a comprehensive report on my findings
6. You take time to go through the options and decide on further steps
7. Site visits or additional clarifications - I can get those done and organised.
8. After that I will work on your contracts and terms and conditions. I will go through to make sure it is all correct before I will send it to you, so you don’t need to spend time going through everything yourself
9. Signed contract - I will send you the correct contract for signature
10. Introduction - I will introduce you to the hotel for further planning
After the introduction between yourself and venue is done, I am still here to assist if anything else is needed.
