Main enquiries are for purchasing and refinancing of residential properties, I also field buy to let enquiries - including through limited companies and holiday lets.
I have access to over 90 lenders and I have used this spread to successfully place a whole range of cases.
Minimum mortgage I tend to service is £200,000.00 - always open to opportunities, so happy to speak if the loan required is lower.
