Interests and Hobbies
I love my work and counselling is all about using my natural skills and giftings to help others, but I also value my time off. I see self-care as key to being able to be good at my work .
So, to relax I have lots of interests:
I'm a musician and singer at local venues as "The People" with my husband, now writing and recoording our own songs. I play whole range of musical instruments and love acoustic sessions and open mics.
I value my family time withmy husband, children and of course grandchildren, even though I find it hard to believe I'm old enough to be a Nan.
I love to get out in nature, whether gardening or walking, I enjoy crafts, sewing and knitting, reading.
