Hello good afternoon

We are a property investment business - we source BMV buy to let properties - find tenants and fully manage these properties. Deals that do not fit our BMV criteria are packaged and leads passed on to our investors.

We are professional, have vast experience and work a particular 'goldmine' area - which has low market prices. Rental demand is strong and our properties give positive cashflow and growing capital values.

We view 30 to 40 properties per week and look to conclude two deals per week with values ranging from £65,000 to £95,000.

We are looking for Angel or JV financial investors/partners on a deal by deal basis.
