I had originally listed with a local reputable high street agent in the Surrey area. When I was approached by Tyron Ash Real Estate I was not allowed to drop my original agent who had only sold a handful of the 35 unit development within 6 months. I was not allowed to drop them due to conflicts within the contract so I went multi agency with both companies.
With 3 weeks the agent at Tyron Ash Real Estate had sold DOUBLE the amount of units the other agency had sold. Their strategy obviously works and the time and effort they put into the marketing pays off.
After a year trying to sell with two local agents I was sceptical about Neil’s claim that he could sell within two to three weeks. However Neil was true to his word and achieved a great price. He then worked tirelessly to ensure the transaction completed successfully.

When they say they are available 24/7, they really do mean it. As I live in the states I thought it was going to be a pain getting in touch with Brett, however he was amazing and so great with the situation. Having a busy work schedule myself I am not available until after 5pm (US time) which did not bother Brett what so ever he'd be on the phone to me regularly to fit my routine, even though that meant him calling me at midnight UK time.
I am unbelievably impressed with his efforts - He was straight to the point, clear on his strategy which I 100% trusted and before we knew it he had sold my property 10% over the asking price I was looking for.

Very professional team and always subjecting decisions / movements to your needs and the property. Only ever seen and heard good things from these guys and would have no problem approaching them for questions, support or business when necessary. Think you’d be stupid if you didn’t, especially if you want results and a motivated individual that works with you not against you! Always very realistic & present themselves so well on social media, keep it up guys ⭐️
