I am constantly amazed by her sheer dedication and caring approach to me a lone tenant...
My name is Lowther of 54 Spring Gardens, Hazel Grove SK7 4AE.
You eventually took over control of my property from H. B Ford back in April this year...
Since then I have spoken on many occasions to Suzie Hatton and in her I believe, although you may NOT realise it, you possess a diamond in the rough.
She has both a brisk no nonsense approach to problem solving.. But strangely in my experience at least is also both warm and approachable.
You'll hate me for saying this but whatever you are paying her, is in my opinion NOT ENOUGH! I do so hope this message reaches you as I know that when people receive good service regularly they are seldom likely to commend, but make one mistake & they'll tell several of their friends often without leaving the other able to defend or explain their actions.
Also I apologise if any of this is gobbledegook as I am dyslexic. I'd be most grateful if you would acknowledge your receipt of the commendation as I believe in ensuring that an 'angel' gets her wings!
