Gillian is a commensurate professional who can be relied on to wisely and pragmatically interpret your HR & OD needs. She has a way of capturing the salient points in such a way that it creates vibrancy and a real push to the finish line. Gillian has delivered several timely HR projects for the zoo, she is a great communicator ably translating training objectives across the many diverse roles we have here. She is an absolute ace trainer - delivering, fun, creative and above all impactful training. Evaluation results and workplace application are the highest I’ve known anywhere.
She has worked on performance development, organisational design, competency and behaviour set, policy review, T&C, Induction, ER, coaching, outplacement … and much more.
I have co-delivered some of our large seasonal inductions with Gillian and I always come away exhausted but buzzing. She is a pleasure to train alongside, it is almost as if we think and deliver as one. Again evaluation results are outstanding.
