Jose delivered (and continues to do so) Resilience and Wellbeing workshops for our NHS customers. His skill base extends a lot further than the above. He is able to deliver face to face and across virtual platforms, bringing energy, purpose and in the resilience workshop-practical tactics that work and can be applied.
Feedback has been superb-and led to application and outcomes. I was fortunate to be present and part of a Wellbeing workshop in person, superb session for a group of disease area leading NHS customers. Feedback was outstanding. I would imagine Jose would also deliver to executive groups, team building projects and one to one effectiveness jobs.

He was in tune with the audience and was able to lift the energy when it was needed. He took the time to to recognise the speakers individually sharing some sights and his key takeaways. These In turn encouraged the audience to take a moment and reflect on the speakers.
