Hobbycraft
Hobbycraft appointed Synergy in 2016. Initially our role was to assist in the re-tendering of their Office Products & POS contract, which their internal purchasing team had previously conducted a tender exercise for. Through Synergy's extensive supplier network, we managed to produce a substantial 'like for like' saving in-excess of £252,862.



Over the past 2 years, Synergy has continued to deliver substantial savings to Hobbycraft. Additional cost saving exercises have included: Managed Print & Energy Brokerage Negotiation.

FatFace
Fatface appointed Synergy in 2014 and we continue to work with them to date. During the first year of our engagement, we conducted fourteen procurement reviews including Office Supplies, the Mobile Phone contract and General I.T. Procurement. The objective of these reviews was to reduce the total cost of ownership in each area whilst increasing the service levels.

To date, Synergy has conducted 45 cost savings exercises with a combined saving to date of £4.46 million. We continue to provide a full end to end solution for Fatface with many commodity reviews now being conducted for a second and third time.
