I contacted Pollard Safety Services as the business I was working for had a need for some Health & Safety expertise. It didn’t employ a Health & Safety Manager and much of the Health & Safety requirements were falling behind. I had worked with Catherine in the past so knew she would be able to help.
Catherine came in and carried out a full Health & Safety audit, providing a comprehensive report which outlined Findings, Recommendations, and an Action Plan based on priorities.
Over the next few months, Catherine updated our Health & Safety Policy and carried out a number of Risk Assessments, as well as some H&S training. She recommended we engage a full time H&S Manager, which we decided to do, and she helped with the Job Specification, interviews, and subsequent handover to the successful candidate.
The business is in a much better place with its management of health & safety as a direct result of engaging Pollard Safety services.
