Our family would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Remedy Support and recruitment group ltd for the incredible care they provided to our mum in her final days.
Mum was suffering from cancer and required complex care, including support with a stoma bag and assistance from two carers for each visit. Despite the challenges, the team treated her with dignity, compassion, and kindness at every moment.
What touched us deeply was the dedication shown by Elizabeth, the director of Remedy Support. She personally accompanied the carers at least four times a week to check on Mum and ensure she was comfortable and receiving the best possible care. This level of commitment meant so much to our family.
Mum was a Christian, and she developed a very special bond with Elizabeth. They would share a hymn together every day Elizabeth visited, which brought Mum great comfort and peace during a very difficult time.
In her final moments, Mum asked us to thank Elizabeth and her wonderful team for their incredible companionship and support. Knowing she was surrounded by such caring people meant the world to us.
