Cheshire House Book-Keeping Services has been working for UK Global as a virtual freelance book-keeper since January 2008.

We send them all our paperwork on a monthly basis and they sort it, batch it and input it remotely from their computer to ours. If there is any paperwork they find to be missed, they chase it direct with the supplier.

They do every bit of our accounts side of things with very little involvement from us. All we do with the accounts is raise the invoices and chase the debts. Cheshire House does everything else.

We always deal with the same account manager who is available at any given time, should we need them.

We don't really get involved in the account side of things, and if we have any problems with any supplier or disputes with any customer payments we put them in touch with our online book keeper who gets the issues sorted.

I feel so much safer having them around to look after things for me while I do the business side of things.
