Having never used an Interior designer before we were a little anxious about how things would work out.
Natalie was very skilled at asking the right questions to discover our likes and dislikes. She had our taste and style spot on, even though we would never have chosen the colours and wallpapers she suggested for us, we loved them! And all the fixtures and fittings.

Natalie took great trouble to listen to what we wanted/didn't want. We wanted to revamp our main lounge, snug, hall, stairs and landing. Natalie produced two colour concepts for us to choose from, and when she was ready with her designs she talked it through with us, giving us a box of samples of wall paint prepared on a little stretched canvas and a small board, as well as small carpet sample vinyl laminate flooring and curtain swatches.
Natalie had ideas that we would never have thought of ourselves and we are very happy with the result. In some respects we were taken out of our comfort zone but the result is stunning. When one's granddaughter says that "it's modern now!" it tells us that our old scheme was well past its time! Lois and John, Chelmsford
Natalie was easy to work with, was always available to speak to plus she has great taste and was able to come up with ideas that we would never have thought of for our new garden room.
