Our work has a strong focus on values, systemic change, organisational cultures, the climate and environment, mental health, adaptation and helping people to develop independent thinking skills. Linda Aspey our MD is also faculty at Time to Think, teaching, supervising and qualifying coaches, facilitators and consultants in the Thinking Environment.
Our roots began in 1991 in Outplacement and Career Management, then we evolved into providing Employee Counselling & Trauma Support, Management & Leadership Development, and along the way all kinds of Organisation Development work. So we gained experience across the whole of the Employee and Organisation lifecycle, and a good understanding of the complex systems in which businesses and people operate.
