I'm the founder of The Darling Frequency, an evolving, practice-led approach to embodied foresight, leadership development and organisational transformation.
My work explores how individuals and organisations move beyond intellectually understanding the future to emotionally, physically and behaviourally inhabiting new possibilities. Bringing together Human Systems Dynamics (HSD), systems thinking, critical thinking, intuition, embodiment and creative experimentation, I'm developing a body of practice that bridges imagining change and experiencing it.
Through the emerging TRACE Method and practice-led creative research, I explore the relationship between resonance and foresight, translating insights into coaching, leadership development and organisational transformation.
Grounded in critical thinking, I use different notes of experimentation as expressions of what we notice, what is moving and what holds, to steward relationships, challenge assumptions and create sustainable shifts.
The distinction lies in moving beyond preparing for an imagined future to building the capacity to experience, experiment with and shape possibilities in the present. Enabling individuals and organisations to be future-ready today.
