    This role was responsible for translating business strategy & priorities into people implications, building a people strategy and executing it across the Business Unit. It involved working with Commercial and Operational GM’s and the HR Executive to determine people requirements, prioritise national and local programs and initiatives, budget and resources needed.

     

    My key achievements include driving a significant 6% net increase in employee engagement across the Business Unit (where Enterprise trend was flat or negative) resulting in strong safety and financial performance; designing and implementing a group wide behavioural competency framework and bespoke product management technical framework on a micro budget; launch & embedding of an integrated strategy, brand and culture ‘program’; setting up a FinTech joint venture business from scratch; and driving major improvements in NPS/CX across 10,000 front line Posties.
