Recent assignments as an independent technical and advisory service include the implementation of a group wide ATS to support the attraction and on-boarding of over 2,000 hires per annum, removing a transactional paper based system to a fully automated process reducing an on-boarding process from weeks/months to less then 1 hour.
Set up the recruitment process and function on behalf of one of the UK’s leading telecom services companies. This also included an ATS update and contract administration/configuration to allow for a separate on-boarding process for the newly formed devision within the UK’s leading services provider to the utility sector.
Managed the data import and ATS configuration of the newly formed highways division (Milestone) of M Group Services. Reviewed and re-engineered the employment contracts across various divisions within Milestone. Created a dataset to import and set up user accounts and permissions within the ATS.
Supported numerous organisations with their day to day BAU within the resourcing functions from an operational and hands on perspective.
I’m also not to bad at finding people, providing training on best practise for writing job advertisements and teaching others on how to execute affective boolean strings to pin-point their search reducing the time spent in direct sourcing.
