Hi All,
I am a hospitality professional with 14 years experience working around the world! I have worked in 5* Hotels such as Coral Sea Resort (AU) and Mitchelin star restaurants such as Le Champlain (France). As a head chef I have been responsible for the recruitment of reliable and experienced staff and know how hard it can be to find the right people for the job, especially at short notice.
