As a legal recruiter working under the radar, I understand that the best conversations in our sector are the quiet ones. Whether you're exploring a strategic move or looking to strengthen your team, I offer confidential, well-informed advice always with the long game in mind.

I don’t pursue roles where conflicts exist. My fees are fixed at the point of instruction and are unaffected by candidate remuneration.

I work exclusively on senior legal mandates: partner moves, strategic lateral hires, and team moves. My clients range from top-tier law firms to boutique practices both in the UK and overseas.

I don't post roles. I post ideas, insights, and quiet opportunities. We are not a sales organisation but a professional services firm in our own right with a dedicated research team.

On a personal note, we support social justice initiatives and tree planting schemes as part of every exclusive mandate we take on. Outside of work, I’m a committed father of two, probably spend more time fishing than I should, and try to make it to the rugby whenever I can.
