A little about me:
My name is Hayley, and I co‑founded Empower People HR with my business partner, Sarah. After working together across a number of corporate organisations, we saw first‑hand what truly works in HR and just as importantly, what doesn’t.
Those experiences put us in a strong position to support SMEs in building robust, effective HR functions that focus on the things that genuinely drive success, rather than falling into the “that’s how it’s always been done” mindset that many larger organisations struggle to move away from.
With a diverse background spanning design, sales, recruitment and HR, I support the business through marketing, client relationships and shaping how we connect with the organisations we work with. Sarah brings deep expertise in strategic, people‑first HR, leading on delivery and supporting our clients with practical solutions.
