Our business is built on relationships. In fact, it was a relationship between two friends who met through business that created Candid Recruit. We (Heidi and Emma) bonded over our joint experience in similar sectors. Emma with a background in HR and Heidi with a history in Recruitment.
This joint experience allowed us to spot a gap in the market. A need for quick, effective, and low-cost methods of recruiting talent. A gap that has now been filled with our fixed fee, no commission, advertising service.
