Summary
I am offering training in relationship building, using Transactional Analysis in a simple, everyday way. We look at the patterns of behaviour of ourselves and our colleagues so we can identify our negative habits and make small changes that can completely transform how we connect.
This is practical, accessible work that many people find eye-opening and genuinely life-changing.
You may notice:
Improved relationships with colleagues
Increased empathy and understanding of others
Improved skills in conflict resolution, allowing people to ‘step out of the argument’
Improved insight into your own motivations and ‘unhealthy’ habits
Reduced day to day stress
Ultimately, this work supports you to show up in all your interactions with more awareness, more choice and more freedom in how you respond.
