Summary
With 20+ years worth of developing, recruiting and training teams across a mixture of sectors as well running and owning my own skincare business, I now use that experience to help other Business Owners and Hiring Managers to solve their staffing solutions. Using a more personal approach to recruit for skills as well as personality fit, my methods are tried and tested and proven to deliver results that last. My fees are realistic and I also offer a subscription-based service to enable all SME's to outsource recruitment on a more flexible basis, if and when extra help is needed.
Our clients are from sectors including IT & Telecoms, Finance, Insurance, Media and Estate Agency and we have recruited individuals from entry-level positions to senior board members.
