The challenge I see
Many organisations invest heavily in leadership training, yet behaviours don’t change. Managers revert to old habits, engagement stalls, and proving ROI to senior stakeholders becomes difficult. Apprenticeship levy funding exists, but is often underused or applied without a clear strategy.

Our approach
At Discovery ADR, we design leadership and apprenticeship pathways that create behaviour change over time, not short-term motivation. Programmes typically run over 6 to12 months and combine coaching, peer-to-peer learning, experiential learning, real-world application and supportive challenge. Everything is built in partnership with the organisation to ensure cultural alignment.
