When I launched Ohana in 2021, I wasn’t setting out to build just another agency. I was building a home for a different kind of recruitment — one rooted in relationships, not transactions. I’d seen too many candidates treated like commodities and too many clients offered short-term fixes over long-term solutions. I knew we could do better.
So we did.
The name Ohana means family. It speaks to how we work – with loyalty, trust, transparency, and care.
