I am responsible for the day to day management of various Estate's across Cheshire consisting of a mixed property portfolio including residential, agricultural, commercial, equestrian and contract farming. I undertake all manner of Estate management matters including rent reviews, lease renewals, strategic Estate planning, property fabric maintenance, woodland management, planning and development opportunities and dealing with utility matters affecting Estate land.
In addition I look after a number of smaller private portfolio owners, as well as dealing with one off professional instructions including valuations, compulsory purchase and compensation matters and sales and lettings.
I have a strong background in Estate Management and Sales having worked as the lead Agent for a number of large Estates in North Wales for the past 8 years and also as the head of Rural Sales focusing predomiantley on land and farm sales.
