Summary
Employee Engagement, Leadership and People Consultant - I have worked within employee engagement, listening and culture for over 10 years. I am experienced in creating and implementing employee listening approaches that equip leaders with insights that drive engagement, culture and directly supports business outcomes. I work across the business with key stakeholder groups to work through the end to end journey and outcomes that need to be achieved and collaborate on people solutions from Senior leadership development, people management support, Inclusion focuses and strategies around retaining key talent populations. With a deep breathe and knowledge in L&D working from a colleague experience and colleague listening angle enables me to use my expertise to create real cultural changes to create brilliant working environments for colleagues.

Coach - I work with people both privately and in organisations in a coaching capacity who are particularly navigating times of transition, change and uncertainty both in work, career and life. When we can operate from a place of clarity, calm, self belief and strength; we unlock more choices and are able to make decisions that feel right.
I have been a professional coach for most of my L&D career and the last year has led me to setting up my own coaching practise. My expertise and tools that I draw upon wen working with clients will be completely individual to client needs but range from neuroscience, transactional analysis, positive psychology, DISC, MBTI and Strength tools just to name a few.
