When I first started health coaching, I wanted support in improving my overall wellbeing - particularly around hydration, strength, and building a consistent fitness routine. Working with Katie has been such a positive and rewarding experience.
Throughout the programme, Katie provided encouragement, clear guidance, and a safe, supportive environment to explore different aspects of my health. I decided to see a health coach because I was struggling with my eating habits, especially in the evenings. My food intake was very low, and as someone who is active in sports, I felt that working with a coach would help me improve my nutrition.
