RFS is a B Corp certified social enterprise as well as a NatWest top 100 SME and a CIC who have been helping companies recruit highly skilled professionals of military families for over 10 years into positions on a contract and permanent basis.  
Roles we typically recruit for include Marketing, Project Managers, Operation Managers, Administrators, PA’s, Customer Service, Recruitment as well as many other transferable skills. Our CIC offers free coaching, mentoring, and upskilling to the community as well as value creation (ROI / SROI) through developing and implementing bespoke Social Value Solutions.
 
We work with clients including Virgin, PWC, AMS, BAE Systems, Atkins, National Trust, Barclays, Santander, Deloitte and Invictus Group. Our clients have said that our work force has increased their productivity by 80% from using our talented candidates.
 
We can also proudly say RFS has a CV-to-hire ratio of 2:1 and above! This means as an organisation, we are sourcing and effectively screening quality candidates right from the start, all from within our military community.
